Accessible Cooking: Rainbow Veggie Picnic Location: 7907 UW Health Court, Middleton WI 53562 To celebrate the start of summer, we’ll make a picnic full of colorful vegetarian food. We’ll start by showing you how easy it is to make no-knead focaccia (measure, stir, rest and bake). While the focaccia bakes, we’ll whip up a couple of healthy dips to enjoy with colorful vegetables and the focaccia. Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy our food together on the Gilda’s Club patio.
